We undertake to deal with any problems fairly, effectively and confidentially. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and give you a timescale for getting the matter resolved. We will further keep you informed of progress towards a resolution and any unforeseen delays that might have occurred.

We do monitor complaints that are received and wherever possible learn from our mistakes.
