Shipping Information
When will you process my order?
- Virtually all of our refurbished and new laptops and PC's are in stock and if ordered on a working day before 4pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed later or on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
How will you ship my order?
- Almost all of orders for our low cost refurbished laptops and PC's sent by DPD courier and should arrive with you the next business day if ordered before 4pm. Some of our orders are sent by 1st Class post and should arrive with you within a few working days although we cannot guarantee a specific time.
- Customers requiring a courier service can select/upgrade from the standard service level and pay an additional charge (varies by item). If this option is chosen orders received by 3pm on a weekday will normally be dispatched that night for next working day delivery. Please note that our courier does not make deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
- Customers with orders sent by DPD courier will receive automated updates, tracking information and delivery time estimates from DPD directly to either their registered email address and/or mobile phone. So please ensure your details are correct at the time of order.
