First of all there was the user friendly; simplistic; idiot proof ordering procedure, which was fast and easy. Secondly, there was the unbelievably efficient delivery service. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the printer that I ordered as it is a Christmas present, and will not be getting used for a few weeks.
