A cracking little laptop,
Having used a D430 for some years as my work machine, I was happy to go with this model for my personal use. It's light and easy to use with all the functionality I need. I look forward to long service from "a cracking little laptop".
Fantastic value! Great little machine!,
Just picked up one of these for when I'm travelling and don't want to heft my 17" laptop with me. For a basic office and browsing machine it's certainly quick enough and compares well against my wife's newer ulv core 2 duo 13" laptop and blows my daughter's netbook into the weeds. Did take me a while to get XP up to date, the keyboard is not UK (has umlaut type markings where I'd expect to see @) and had serial number issues with AVG. XP is fine now, I could live with the keyboard but plan to pick up a UK for a tenner and fit it myself and I've installed a fresh copy of free AVG. I'm well pleased with this - really difficult to see what else you could get to match it for the money. I also picked up the matching docking station with optical drive - also a nice little bit of kit.
