Customer Reviews
Excellant Product,
Bought one for my 10 year old and he loves it. sideloading I haven't figured out how to do yet so its only blackberry world Apps and games he can use thus far. Delivery was speedy asn my son had it in time for Christmas.

Morgan triumphs again,
The first tablet they sent me wouldn't charged so I phoned to report this and received a second one the next day, so the service is A+ as I would expect from previous experience of purchasing items from them. All I've got to do now is catch up with the technology and the difference between tablets and PCs, but as far as I can tell everything works, on the tablet anyway. Thanks Morgan for such good prices and brilliant customer service.

Fantastic Bargain but far from perfect,
Pros, great build quality, Fantastic screen resolution, Massive memory considering its price range, Awesome value for money. Cons, Internet is very Slow and drops out forcing me to reset the Wi-Fi connection which is very annoying, my phone and laptop work fine on the same connection, Slow to charge, OS can be confusing and reacts very slow at times, HDMI connection is flimsy and I doubt it will last for long.

blackberry playbook,
Fantastic tablet , generous storage space.Couldn't ask for more.In my opinion this tablet is great value for money.

Excellent product and service.,
The first tablet delivered would not charge up and so Alex at customer services got it exchanged the next day. Excellent response and service. Both units were in excellent physical condition and having used this tablet, would be more than happy to recommend both the product and company.

Good value for money.,
For the price, I doubt there is anything as good as this. For someone who wants a simple tablet to do the basics this is it.

BlackBerry Playbook 7" Tablet 64GB WiFi,
Yes an excellent tablet for the money. However, I was disappointed to find out that the BlackBerry Playbook is not compatible with Norton, hence I could not download my Norton 360 on to my Tablet. Further more this Tablet is also not compatible with ITVPlayer, which means I am unable to watch a great number of channels associated with ITV. If only the BlackBerry Playbook was a platform for these two instances, mentioned above would have been the best Tablet that you can buy. E Sophocleous

Fantastic value for money!,
I just bought three of these from Morgan to use as in-car entertainment for the kids. They are fantastic value for money! The 64Gb means I can store ~50 movies on each one. Battery life on all of them appears to be good, although one of them took a VERY long time to wake up it now appears to be fine. The screens show up some quite bad scratches when switched off, but these are not visible when the display is on so not a problem.

Bargain,
This little tablet is super for basic tablet functions at a bargain price. It is obviously not a commercial success and won't be developed or have lots of apps, but is great for networking and surfing with a big memory for music and photos and video. Great second tablet for travel etc.

Quality bargain,
In comparison to anything else in this price range, the quality of this tablet is way above the rest. Can genuinely multi-task apps with no hint of lag. The quality of build and screen is up amongst the best. Yes, it is not quite as seamless as Android, but as mentioned elsewhere, there are lots of apps out there and if you are prepared to "sideload" (Google it) there are even more options to install apps. Be aware not all sideloaded apps work, but there are lots to go at. I use Android, Ipads etc (I manage a large I.T. network), I really like this tablet. Blackberry App World is laid out poorly in comparison to Google Play, but persevere with it as there are plenty of apps. There was a problem with my first Playbook, but Morgan replaced it in an efficient, quick and courteous manner. Well done Morgan. Brilliant tablet.

blackberry tablet,
great tablet at this price cheap as a sat nav and can do other things as well and fast delivery included

Genuine bargain.,
To clarify some previous reviews, this tablet is actually more state of the art than any Android and most if not the latest I pads, but these latter cost 4 or 5 times more. The OS can genuinely multi-task and the browser is fully functional with flash supported. My wife has a Nexxus 7 and my son a Samsung Galaxy Tab and the display on this is better, much better than the Samsung. There is a full and comprehensive HELP available via an icon on the Playbook, and loads of forums. There has just been an update this Christmas which installed BBC i-player and BBC News. The BBC player works beautifully whereas the picture quality on my Android is poor. There are sufficient apps available for anyone but an app. addict and Android apps are easily ported over via my pc and an extension/add-in for the Chrome browser. I haven't been able to get Skype for Android working or Flipboard, but there are alternatives on Blackberry World. I think that Skype will be available soon but MSN Messenger and others are available. Flipboard has just been made available for Blackberry 10 and it should follow for the Playbook, I have had Flipboard working but you can't build your own Board, so it shouldn't take much effort by the writers. To sum up my Android pad is going on Ebay and I'm seriously thinking of dumping my Android phone for a Blackberry too.

Why would you not?,
Unlike the cheap and flimsy Android tablets this is beautifully built and has direct output HDMI and a fantastic screen for watching movies. Yes its discontinued. Yes it isn't ever going to get updated. Yes Blackberry is in a mess. Ignore all that. If you need a good browser, flash compatibility, and Video Calling which works with BB10 and other Playbooks then don't hesitate. We have 4 in our family now. They are a great way to keep in touch and a second screen for movies/iplayer/youtube. The only caution is to carefully watch the USB connector. Put it in the wrong way and you kill it. Buy a dock and it can live in it charged up or use the included rapid charger to avoid.

Blackberry Playbook,
Once again Morgan pulls a blinder. What a great little tablet with bags of storage. I just wanted email, browser and media player and this has got the lot. Who cares that its not the latest state of the art, it works fine. Thanks Morgan

quality but confusing,
New to this kind of gadget. I am slowly finding my way around the thing, great little screen, iPlayer with wifi is great. However, I have not a clue how to really work it or find, never mind use, some of the advertised features, no instructions, guess I will find them online eventually. Oh, the delivery was next day, impressive.

More for less,
I already have fully functioning 16GB model bought when price dropped nearly 2 years ago. Persevering with BB mobile and find BB Bridge really works. Store music and chance to load all I-tunes library was appealing as also acts as back up. A1 condition when arrived and seems speedier than 16GB model. Just hope BB does not go belly-up as want to continue using for years

Palybook + Android Apps,
The playbook is a fantastic tablet. The lack of an upgrade to BB10 was an own goal for Blackberry as it would have increased customer brand loyalty. However if you go to the Good EReader web site the nice people there have identified all the android apps that can be loaded on to the playbook and this really helps make the tablet up to date. Hope this helps all who buy this tablet here.

Excellent product,
I'm very pleased with the blackberry Playbook. The quality us excellent and I've found a lot more uses for it than I expected. I also have an iPad 3 and use the Blackberry just as much.

laptop replacement,
Purchased the blackberry playbook as a replacement for my aging laptop. Having looked at this tablet in the shops before Christmas. I decided to go for it has the the price was good for the 64gb model, so far I’m please with my purchase and for fills all my needs storing music, films emailing and surfacing the web

Recommended small tablet,
Excellent value small tablet, recommended if you have an open mind about spec vs cost. In spite of uncertainty over blackberry, they have just put out an OS upgrade (2.1.0.1753 on 10/9/13), so its not a dodo yet (and other tech corporations keep pushing you to buy new products or versions so what's the difference?).Front & rear cameras, stereo speakers and mics, hdmi out; so well spec'd. Not got millions of apps but doesn't need them as it works more like a p.c. in miniature.

Couldn't do better for the price,
I nought an Andriod tablet from Morgan last year but this Blackberry is the same price but miles ahead on speed and performance. I needed a business tablet to link with my phone and this is just perfect. Not really interested in a lot of apps but have installed quite a few with no problems. My unit seems to have come from Latvia but had the rapid charger and a carrying case in the box. I added a keyboard for £12 and so have a very tidy tablet/netbook for under a £100.

Blackberry Playbook 7" ,
This B grade unit is a fantastic buy . There are few BB apps available and are never likely to be but you can crunch Android Apps onto it very easily. My Times newspaper app works well as well as other apps that I installed . Iam knocking off 1 star as the mains cable was missing but owning an IT company I had one to hand.

first class tablet for the price.,
great cameras,first class movie player,it plays mp4,more great games now coming out,for only 75p each,ie sonic 4,modern combat 4,batman asylum,sixguns free,everybodys golf 3 free,z,angry birds games,amazon kindle,suggle truck etc etc,and gps,great with all the memory,no need for more,like the android tablets..keep it up morgan,great service..

Playbook review,
This is my third playbook from Morgan as my wife liked my replacement second one. The first had a duff micro-usb port and no fast charger so was dying from day 1. The second and third have been supplied with both micro-usb AND the fast charger essential as when connected to a pc the micro usb won't pass enough current to fully charge whilst playbook in use. My original machine was in Italian language so have a phrasebook handy. From setting run the software update (200Mb+) you may need to wait until 20% charged for it to start. For audio streaming lookup Subsonic on the blackberry forums. Build quality is superb.(apart from micro-usb) Can recommend the fast charger stand on Ama*on for under £20. Whilst the blackberry world can't match android store for apps there's most of what you want out there. The sound and picture quality is excellent, as is the touch interface. Perhaps if they had called it the workbook RIM would have had a winner on their hands.

Good quality, Great Price,
The one I received included a rapid charger, these used to sell for £50 on their own, so this made the PlayBook even more of a bargain!
