Great Dell Laser Printer,

Good solid printer. This is a great deal with 2 sets of toner! For less cost of a cheap inkjet and 2 cycles of new ink. Got fed up with inkjets cost & dried out/ blocked jets.

A students dream,

I'm doing the research for my degree dissertation. This printer allows me to print downloaded reference material, text and colour illustrations, without problems. I have used one black cartridge in its entirety, and part of the second one, since I got this printer, free with 2 complete sets. Cheap to run easy to set up and quiet. Get one, or two.

'Which' magazine says that 'branded' inkjet printer ink is many times more expensive than vintage champagne - clearly it's time for the consumer to rebel. I'm holding my breath, but with this printer my years of aggravation with blocked inkjets and slow mechanisms could be at an end - watch this space.

Just what I always wanted. I have a top of the range Canon printer but it costs a fortune in ink, so I want to reserve it for photo use. This Dell printer arrived within a day was simple to set up and produces superb prints faster and at a fraction of the cost of the inkjet and is actually smaller than the Canon. I was even amazed at the colour quality. The two sets of recycled toner cartridges should last me a couple of years!

Can't believe how good it is,

I bought this because ink for my photoprinter was far to expensive for general printing.I was doubtful about using compatible toner, because my experience with compatible inkjet cartridges has been awful, I need not have worried. The print quality amazed me. Even photographs on ordinary white paper are very acceptable (not comparable with good inkjet but the quality surprised) If in doubt buy

Worth the Trouble,

Ordered the printer on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. I was eager to see the results as my current inkjet printer is suffering from old age! The wait was worth it as the print quality from this machine is superb! I have got used to seeing my inkjet cartridge levels dropping so quickly but so far my toner usage has been minimal despite a lot of printing. This item is excellent value for money in my opinion.

Excellent little beastie,

Bought this as a replacement for my long-lived but now sadly expired Epson inkjet. As it is a gdi printer, you usually find people (and the manufacturer) saying that this is for Windows and Mac only. Not so! My main daily workstation is a Linux Mint box, and I am printing happily to this printer using the Xerox Phaser 6010n printer driver. Print quality is excellent, and quite fast for such a cheap device. Printout from Linux has been great - only full pages hi-res photos take longer than normal - that's a lot of data to process. Highly recommended.

An Excellent Printer,

I ordered the Dell 1250C printer from Morgan Computers on a Thursday afternoon and it arrived via courier during Friday morning. Excellent service! The printer is easy to install (seemingly requiring less software than my other printers). The drivers worked first time and faultlessly with Windows 7. The toner cartridges supplied by Morgan fitted without trouble (once I remembered to pull off a strip of white tape on each one). I've only done a few pages of printing but text and images appear crisp and colours are strong. The printer is reassuringly heavy (compared to my flimsy inkjet) but takes up very little room. You will need a standard USB printer cable but this is normal with new printers nowadays. An excellent purchase for the money - running costs should be low compared to printing colour pages with an inkjet.
