I bought this TV for a Christmas present for my grandson. I have tried it before wrapping it. Found it of exceptional quality and performance.Set up easy, DVD playing excellent. Nearly kept it! I have a 19" hitachi which I use in my caravan, the somertek TV is very similar in design and build and has same remote control but not badged hitachi. Great value for money. Highly recommended

This TV does exactly what it says on the box, with a range of useful ports including SCART, HDMI, digital audio, and AV (one of each), The Freeview menus work well, and seem to have been designed by someone who actually has an idea how real people use these things. One other thing I should mention is that the manual is comprehensive and reasonably well written.
