Q-Waves Unit Review,

I''''m not normally inclined to write reviews, but I feel this product is worth the effort.
Having purchase mine for use with my Acer lap top, I found the unit would not function. Because of this I contacted Q-Waves support and I must say the response was second to none. It appeared that their was something in the Win 7 set up within the Acer that required a re-write of the software. This was completed within a couple of day''''s and with a direct on line connection to my lap top the new software was loaded and the system checked and left working.
The performance of the system is top notch and I couldn''''t be more pleased. Easy to set up and now movies or iPlayers stream effortlessly to my TV from the laptop with completely HD quality.
One note for set up though. The casing around the HDMI socket on the receiver unit base is a little close and with some over shrouded HDMI cable plugs, they wont plug in quite far enough. A little trimming of the cable shroud soon sorts this though :)
