In and ideal world everything would run like clockwork but unfortunately we are only human and occasionally mistakes happen or problems arise. We aim firstly to keep these to a minimum and secondly to address and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

In the first instance you should contact the branch that you dealt with as most problems can be quickly resolved. For internet sales please e-mail websales@morgancomputers.co.uk  or call our internet sales department on 0870 120 4930 (lines are open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5.30PM and Saturday 9.00AM - 5.00PM).

We undertake to deal with any problems fairly, effectively and confidentially. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and give you a timescale for getting the matter resolved. We will further keep you informed of progress towards a resolution and any unforeseen delays that might have occurred.

We do monitor complaints that are received and wherever possible learn from our mistakes.
